Fix Sky Go Error 6030:

The error 6030 is related to a security update from Microsoft. After installing the update, it is no longer possible in some cases to save on Microsoft Silverlight the necessary for retrieving DRM licenses correctly. To fix the error, you need to install Silverlight again.


  1. Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.
  2. Select "Programs and Features".
  3. Look for the entry "Microsoft Silverlight". Start the uninstaller by double-clicking on the entry.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstallation.
  5. Then download Microsoft Silverlight downloaded and run the file by double-clicking on "Silverlight.exe." 
  6. Follow the instructions on the display to install Silverlight.
  7. Close the browser and restart it.
